The Mercure Leeds Centre is the third property to open under Splendid Hospitality’s franchise partnership with Accor. Splendid Hospitality comprises independent properties and major brands including Accor, Hilton and IHG. 

Splendid acquired the former New Ellington Hotel in the heart of the Leeds financial district in January 2016, the property has since been completely refurbished. With design inspired by the city’s tailoring heritage, 59 bedrooms and a restaurant, the hotel promises ‘a new experience for business and leisure guests’.

QDOS-sbl was contracted to upgrade the Mitel MiVoice Business Hospitality Telephone System installing iCharge by Connected Guests to deliver first class performance in the integration of Property Management Systems, Telephone System and Guest Call Accounting.

Mitel MiVoice 5320e IP Phones are fully-featured, display handsets enabling back of house and reception staff to effectively manage communications applications and services, ensuring prompt and professional call handling. One of the most popular telephone designs ever, the GPO 746, were installed in guestrooms featuring an authentic bell ring with easy-to-use, push-button dialling.
