QDOS Communications has been awarded an IT support contract for 11 established city centre Jurys Inn hotels situated in city centres across the UK.

To coincide with private equity firm Lone Star launching hotel investment and management group Amaris Hospitality in 2015, QDOS was awarded a contract for the following hotels.

  • Jurys Inn East Midlands Airport
  • Jurys Inn Cheltenham
  • Jurys Inn Hinckley
  • Jurys Inn Inverness
  • Jurys Inn Middlesbrough
  • Jurys Inn Oxford
  • Jurys Inn Cardiff
  • Jurys Inn Brighton
  • The Glasgow City Hotel Glasgow – to be rebranded as Doubletree by Hilton Glasgow Central
  • The Carlton Hotel, Edinburgh – to be rebranded as Hilton Edinburgh Carlton

Relying on multiple Hospitality IT systems to work effectively throughout the UK-wide estate, a dedicated team of seasoned QDOS helpdesk technicians work closely with the experienced Jurys Inn IT team, providing effective 1st Line Helpdesk IT Support to the hotels, around the clock, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

2nd Line Helpdesk Support is provided to the hotels too, with QDOS creating user accounts and administering general IT queries and managing tickets raised with third-party suppliers. 3rd Line Support is escalated to the relevant parties, ensuring a prompt and professional level of service to the hotels.
