QDOS Communications has been awarded an IT support contract for 11 high profile regional hotels situated in city centres across the UK.

The 11  four-AA-star properties within The Hotel Collection are owned by hotel investment and management group Amaris Hospitality. The portfolio includes some of the most high profile UK regional properties, such as Imperial in Torquay, Billesley Manor in Stratford-upon-Avon, and the Majestic in Harrogate.

From the bustling city of Aberdeen to the famous coastline of Torquay, each of the hotels within The Hotel Collection is unique and is known for its heritage, charm and stunning location, whether it be for a romantic countryside retreat or a business meeting in the heart of the city.

The hotels supported by QDOS are as follows.

  5. The Imperial Hotel Torquay

  9. The Royal Angus Hotel, Birmingham
  10. The Shrigley Hall Hotel, Golf & Country Club, Cheshire
  11. The Stirling Highland Hotel, Stirlingshire

Relying on multiple Hospitality IT systems to work effectively throughout the UK-wide estate, a dedicated team of seasoned QDOS helpdesk technicians providing effective 1st Line Helpdesk IT Support to the hotels, around the clock, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

2nd Line Helpdesk Support is provided to the hotels too, with QDOS creating user accounts and administering general IT queries and managing tickets raised with third-party suppliers. 3rd Line Support is escalated to the relevant parties, ensuring a prompt and professional level of service to the hotels.
